We purchased a shaggy leather carpet via Groupon and we are extremely disappointed by the quality of this rug. The carpet is losing pieces of leather by the day. We literally have a shopping bag full of pieces of leather and there are actually "bold" spots on the carpet.
This is really disappointing as the carpet was very expensive and we expect it to last for years.
Please advise on a refund as we definitely do not see this as a defective product - this is the way the carpet was made, and if we would receive a new one, we would sit with exactly the same problem.
Huge disappointment. An immediate response would be appreciated.
