I lost my phone and done a sim swop instore. The assistant told me it will take 48 hours. A week later i went back to the store and they told me there is a problem with the sim and they will contact me within 24 hours. No one contacted me and I went back to the store. Again they said they will contact me within a hour. And again no contact. I'm still waiting
