I received the WORST service ever from you store in The Glen!!! I bought a pair of puma shoes in December only to realize i need one size bigger. I went back to exchange the shoes and got told that they will contact me the next day, because they don't have my size. They took my contact details and said they will source from another store. After 3days i went back and once again they told me they will contact me as they still don't have my size. It's now 3weeks later and still no phone call!!! I phoned the store about an hour ago asking whats happening and got told the manager would phone me back in a few minutes, she just quickly stepped out. Looking at my watch now, hours have passed and still no phone call. This is completely unacceptable. How difficult is it to keep your customer up to date? If you don't have the shoe, tell me and give me a refund. Why do i have to keep phoning and begging???
