I'm paying for insurance that I don't even know why. My account balance is not changing but I'm paying every month. I'm not in South Africa for now, and I've been paying every month when I left I was owing them R9000 and now I ask my Dad to check my letters and hes telling me that I'm still owing same amount how come my balance is still the same if I'm paying. And last year same thing happened, when I check I found out that I was paying for funeral plan that I never signed up, when I phone customer care I was told that they can't do anything about it cos I report it late.
