I need Edgars to clear my name

I had an account with edgars with account protection plan for 6yrs, I got retrenched on 30 August 2012 and i continue paying. I then visited the nearest branch Lebowakgomo to claim their consultant tell me to stop paying and show me that the sum assured amount (R6000) is more the balance (R4000) i then submitted the relevant documentation for the claim I did follow-ups on my claim and found that my documentation need to be certified i did so. every month edgars calls me querying for their money. They don't even update my status on the system. after two months i got an sms saying that i must check with credit bureaus whether i am blacklisted. I phoned edcon they said they have handed over my account to legal dept. because i was not paying nd again is not their responsibility i must liaise with legal dept and finrite insurance company. i phoned finrite insurance and i could not get hold of them up until Edgars Active Lebowakgomo Manager take my details and call them and finally they pay. Now i am black listed because of their POOR COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION i want them to clear my name bcos is not my fault. I'm still young to be blacklisted they've ruined my future.
