On Friday, after having some trouble with making an online purchase with a gift voucher, I went to Fairbridge Mall's Mr. Price to rather make my purchase in-store. I still had trouble buying with the gift voucher and Sonia, who I believe is the store manager, very patiently helped me to sort out the problem. She phoned customer service on my behalf and stayed on hold for almost an hour, whilst still being professional and kind to me.
I would like to complement Sonia on how she handled the situation. I will definitely be shopping there from now on.
