Not only are the staff rude and incompetent a gift voucher issues to me was not 'loaded' by them and I had to wait for one hour while they tried to figure this one out. I was told by the supervisor that I must have spent the gift voucher already? Even though I had the card and the slip? Accusing a customer of already using the card? I then had to wait for the so called manager she was of no help and took my slip to go phone head office while Lucky the supervisor was also on the phone with head office? He then proceeded to put a piece of paper in his ear and clean it out and have a look at the contents of what his ear contained.
If this is the staff you leave in charge of a huge store like this then it is in big trouble! After an hour waiting I asked the cashier to call the manager back to give me my slip as I needed to get back to work. My sister had purchased me R2000 worth of goods from the store yesterday (including my gift card) and I tried to redeem it today and exchange one item but they did nothing to assist me instead making me feel like I did something wrong. I wanted a refund they could not get that right either!
