Is anyone ever going to resolve the issue with my account Ref: 1610130147/GO. It has been over two weeks and this has not yet been resolved and my account is showing that it is in arrears even though payment for September was made. This is obviously going to have a negative effect on my credit rating. If this is not resolved by next week I am going to have to take legal action.
Very annoyed customer.
