I had an issue with my account being blocked due to activity. I was advised I could not pay or shop on my account while the matter was being investigated. Despite this incorrect info, I was receiving calls from Edgars about my account being in arrears. To prevent a negative credit rating, I went to Melrose Arch to attempt an in-store payment. There were issues regarding the payment reflecting on my account, numerous phone calls and 1hr later. the issue was not resolved. I went back twice, each time spending an hour in store to try make payment. On my 2nd to last visit, I found Adelaide working alone during lunch time at month end juggling 3 tasks at once. This lovely lady was communicative, patient and just really awesome. I left that day without the issue being resolved but on my last visit, she assisted me again to make sure that I got a replacement card and that the issue was not reoccurring. Adelaide was super, always maintained her calm and was quick to accept Edgar's fault and mis-communication as her own error (which she did not need to do). I was and continue to be blown away by this lady's excellent understanding of service especially under pressure.
