What happened to the Sept Payment on My Account?

Dear Edgars,

Why is my September contribution to my clothing account not reflecting on the October monthly statements. I have been paying my account every month with no fail. And when I went to the Randburg Edgars Branch your staff were not very helpful even though I had all the documents to prove that payment for September was made.
