I was buying a couple of items which included a pkt of sweets. When Lerato scanned the sweets she told that the sweet did not scan. I asked her what is going to happen as I wanted them and she told me that I will have to wait for her to help other customers. I told her that I cannot wait as its not my fault that the sweet does not scan and she replied by saying that its not her job to make sure that the sweet does scan. I feel that this is extremly poor service, I doubt that shoprite is training their staff properly about customer service. This is one of the reasons why I have not been shopping at shoprite for a long time. Shoprite employees never greet u, the first word that comes out their mouth when u get to the till is "PLASTIC? " and they start scaning the items. I hope someone reads this and Lerato Tsotetsi is dealt with accordingly.
