POOR BAD ZERO SERVICE AT SHOPRITE KEMPTON PARK

Myself and my fellow colleagues are regular customers at Shoprite Kempton park, as it is a convenient store nearby. Sadly this store is known for its bad service in general and we took the initiative to monitor the situation over the last 3months. Personally i have encoutered bad service with a cashier and confronted the manager. Secondly i wanted to buy ticket at Money Market section for a Theatre play, the lady told me she cant do it, she has never done that before. i told her to ask for help and she gave me an attitude. Most recently on 23/10/2013 i wanted to withdraw money from the MoneyMarket myself and custormer on the queue were publicaly asked by the Security at the do "how much am i going to withdraw"? I never revealed and refused as it is wrong and Shoprite was exposing me and other customers to criminals and risking my life. I approached the Acting Manager who quickly admitted being wrong and apologised. Since I complained prior on the service I am still concerned that they are not doing anything to improve their service or equip their staff in terms of training etc, hence my complaint herein. Shorprite management is poor like their service and their staff! Please help!
