Went to campus square to return a jersey and the service was very disappointing, consultants were not helpful at all, 1st consultant attended me when she has finally made peace with her emotions, and the she said to me "they will help you" and then I stood there like a fool waiting for help while she has my staff, she helped other two customer without asking for my permission, the person who was suppose to help, when she (her name is Phumeza) finally came already had customers, and she was not even advised that I was waiting for her. I asked the 1st consultant Wh? is she helping those two customers before me? she only tells me at that time that she is unable to do returns.1) I don't mind waiting if I know why and what I am waiting for.2) She could have advised me that she is unable to do returns.3) They (Phumeza and the consultant) never asked if I am willing to wait & ask for my permission to help other customers. After asking her, why she helped other customers before me, she says to me again " I said they will help you" I took my staff from the counter and stormed out of the shop, while I was on my way out the two consultants passed nasty remarks
