I was at Shoprite in Kempton Park this afternoon, the first one as you come from the freeway. After waiting for almost 30 minutes in the Money Market line I get to the front and am told that the Computicket system is offline and I must wait on the side with other people who have also been waiting to buy a ticket. Firstly I do not understand why they have to wait for someone to get to the front to be told that the system is offline, there are soo many people standing around doing nothing, why can they not announce to the people in the line that the system is offline. The system came back online and it took me probably another 30 minutes just to get the tickets I came for, but I didn't not get my return tickets as the lady who was helping me put the wrong dates on my return tickets, how can I return from my trip even before I leave for it? I still do not have my return tickects as the system went offline before they could fix the dates. The staff tasked to help us also have a seriously bad attitude. Shoprite Kempton Park really ruined my day, unfortunately I will probably have to go back there to go rebook my return tickets as it is the nearest Computicket outlet.
