I bought shoes (DH) on the 30/10/13, they charged me twice. They called the supervisor. Who then advised me to get a bank statement and bring it back on the 31/10/13. When I took the statement that reflected both transactions back to the shop, they then changed the story and told me they needed to liaise with head office. I failed to understand as to why they never advised of this prior.they lack customer service and that Is one of the reasons I closed my account with them in the first place. from management to cashiers, they need thorough training on customer service.
