On Friday 25/10/2013 I went to Woolworths to get a few things, I needed assistance with something approacing one of the ladies by the fish/frozen food counter. I asked her for a particular product... She never knew and called on her co-worker LUNGA, a young male with an amazing attitude. Not only did he greet me in a professional manner he assisted me straight away working fast and full of energy. This was not expected after the assistance from the lady. He gave me exactly the products i needed, there after assisted to help if there was something else. I said thanks and before he could turn around he said to me "Mam can i introduce you to our cranberry ice tea thats on promotion", with receiving his good customer service i thought let me try it. Not only did he have good customer relations but amazing selling skills. All stores must employ people like Lunga, young, energetic, willing to help and excellent product knowledge. THANK YOU SO MUCH LUNGA FOR ASSISTING ME AND GOING THE EXTRA MILE. They can be proud!!!
