Poor Customer Service

I would like to bring to your attention the extremely poor customer service I experienced at the Telkom walk in centre in Phoenix Plaza from a specific staff member by the name of Malcolm.

My experience with him shows that he is rude, arrogant and unhelpful due to the following reasons:

1. He insisted on helping customer who had walked in after me.
2. He did not listen to what I asked him for.
3. He asked for my ID document and saw my driver's licence on the top of my ID Document and started shouting that he did not ask for a drivers licence.
4. He refused to provide me with a statement reflecting my Home address and advised that the protocol does not allow for him to do so and this has been in place for a full year already, I then advised him that I had come in the previous month with the same request and was provided with the statement reflecting my home address.
5. I questioned him on his customer service ethic and he advised that TELKOM does not have a customer service policy.
6. I enquired as to whom the Manager was and was advised that Krish was the Manager however was not in, upon further enquiry I asked who would then be next in charge and was told that "everybod
