We often very quick to report bad service and never take the time to commend those who give us great service. It is sad that we have to resort to such when queries can be handled without being taken this far! some things can be avoided! and my dillema started when Simon told me I had no insurance for my laptop. i was livid! I would like to take this opportunity to thank the individuals mentioned here. They were always friendly and their smiles and patience reflected with every call I made to them. I know I can be a pain, and I had reason to be because I pay for a service and expect nothing less but the best. I would never recommend anyone to the Sebokeng branch, they are unfriendly and very incompetent and they love passing the buck! The branches should start learning the same soft skills as the Call Centre. Clients do not come back because of cheap prices, clients come back because of A-Class service. Thank you guys for the proffessional manner in which you dealt with my query, for the patience and for keeping promises to give me feedback. It was a long month but because of constant communication from Sameer I felt valued. You guys rock and you are a pleasure to deal with! Thx :-)
