I wanted to return an article that was bought the previous day. They normally open at 08:30. When I arrived there was a sign that they were training staff and will open at 09:00. I was not the only customer waiting. At 09:10 the doors were still closed after the other customers had knocked on the door and were told to wait because they were still busy with their training a car guard eventually opened the shop door and we entered. I went to the tills with my parcel and waited to be served, they carried on with their training and I threw my parcel with the slip down behind the counter and walked out. The training that was done was being given right next to the tills and everybody saw me standing there. I think the first thing being taught should be customer service and I as a customer should not be inconvenienced by their total lack of respect. Thank you
