I purchased a Nike training shoe on the 18th of January 2013 exited to start my training and get into hear for 2013. After a very good run in the great outdoors on the 21st of Jan my new shoe looked like it needed a wash, to my disappointment the training shoe is now unrecognizable- is it possible that the shoe can be of such an inferior quality that its impossible to use more than once. I contacted Nike head office and
Sam advised that that I should return the shoe at the Cross Trainer at theGlen where I bought the shoe. I returned the shoe and the feedback is even more concerning, it seems that this expensive brand, Nike, that encourages athletes to get fit is a big joke. The refuse to take the shoes back and replace them- I can't believe that this is the way customers are being treated. I spend a lot of money on Nike products and did not expect this product to be so inferior in quality. I can never wear them again. It's impossible to clean and it's obviously not a durable sports shoe if you can only use it once... Nike you should change your slogan to...
