I went to the Pavilion branch to purchase a face powder and the Black up Consultants tried to match a colour that would be suitable to my skin and skin type. Firstly, the lighting in your cosmetic section!! Maybe its a marketing ploy so people would purchase incorrect skin cover up ranges and then have no other choice but to come back to your store and make an additional purchase - in order to get the right cover up range. The consultant supposedly matched a colour and seemed suitable but gave me the incorrect face powder. This is a trust issue - I trusted the consultant and did not find it neccessary to double check. The face powder is at least 3 times darker then my skin tone. I have used it once this morning (day after purchase) and it looked horrendous. I demand a swap being done on the powder in the same range. It is not my problem that the product as been used - your consultants should double check what they are doing and spend less time gossiping with each other. I await your response.
