UNSATTISFIED COVERDERM SERVICE!
On Saturday the 24th of August, 2013. I went to the Dischem in Kolonade in Montana to buy the Coverderm special as advertised in your latest brochure. I was told that they don't have any stock in the colour number 1 which I use. I went to Dischem in Wonderboom Junction as well and there I was told that they only order the popular colours, but in the latest Dischem catalogue it was advertised as available in all 11 colours!!!
I asked the assistant for another Coverderm base in colour no.1, for something similar. I was given perfect face Coverderm and as I have a very oily skin, she recommended a compact powder oil free, also no.1. As I came home and used the two products, it was not at all what I was expecting. The perfect face base is a thick patty like product, it's not a liquid as I asked for. The compact powder is even worse, it clogged into the base and my whole face was sweaty and oily. I am not happy with these products as well as the service at both Coverderm counters.
