It disappointing to know that your make-up consultants are clueless when it comes to consulting... they have the uniform and the bad attitude but lack skills... I was really disappointed when I visited your sandton city store yesterday and had to told that my shade was two shades darker yet i had been using your products (doubole wear) for the last years... i always go in from time to time to check out the new shades as I always have to purchase two shades to mix in order to get the perfect shade. I was told that a new shade sand spice to be the right one but the consultant refused and instead gave me two shades darker. i walked out of the mall and had people stir at me but did not know why until I got home and looked in the mirror..I had make-up applied so badly and looked as though someone beat me up with dark patchees across my face from the incorrect make-up shade. Pls ensure that your consultants have the proper training before placing them in stores... i dealth with an older black woman who was rude and really concentrated more on wiping her hands every second than customer service... does not mean if u are in uniform and plaster your face, that u fit the profile...
