I went to the mall to purchase a BB cream, I was roaming looking for a consultant as Emelda was standing in the mirror applying her own make up and not paying attention to the clients. I then asked her which bb she would recommend as it is my first purchase for a BB cream. Her response was " a bb cream wont work for you as you have to much to cover. A BB cream is for perfect skin as it has no coverage." She reiterated this to me more than once in front of my colleague. My colleague then came back to check for a foundation and was referred to an Edgars consultant to assist her. The revlon consultant is extremely unhelpful and poor ambassador of the brand. Needless to say i went to Truworths who assisted me efficiently however this has left a bad impression with me and makes me hesitant to purchase any of the Revlon products as again as it's apparently only available to people who have perfect skin.
