I was phoned by one of your consultants promoting you skin care range, at first I was skeptical and enquired if your products were dermotologically tested, I was advised yes, however I have been using the product for 2months and by skin burned to such an extent that it looks like dry burned patches around my chin and nose area and my neck which is constantly itching and burning! I phoned client services to advise that I want to cancel, I demand my monies back and took photos of my face, to my surprise I was phoned by the cancellations department and was asked if I changed my diet, or if I'm stressed as an allergic reaction will take place immediately! What the, how can the consultant ask me this, she's not a doctor! Secondly perfume that was suppose to be a free gift with the purchase must now be repaid! I told the consultant that I need to see a doctor for my face and who is going to carry to the costs? Her reply sorry, not good enough, YOU need to pay to get my face an neck fixed! I will not pay for perfume that was suppose to be a free gift and demand my money back and demand you pay for me to get my face and neck sorted out! I will gladly return the perfume...
