Woolworths Visa card Account Harasment

I used to have a Woolworths Visa credit card and closed and settled the account last year in January 2012.
My final 2 payments were paid on 09 January 2012 and 05 February 2012- total amount: R5980.
Periodacally I receive emails from Munnik Basson Dagama Inc. Attorneys stating that my account is still in arrears with Woolworths Visa. I have tried numerous times to contact the attorneys and try to resolve this issue but to no avail! I have had enough of this harassment from these attorneys - I DO NOT OWE A CENT ANYMORE and thanks to them i now have a bad credit rating I have proof that i have settled my Woolworths Visa account but yet still keep getting threatening letters. I blame both Woolworths Visa Card and Munnik Basson Dagama Inc. for this mess and would like this matter to be resolved ONCE AND FOR ALL!
