I visited the spur branch in Tygervalley on the 16/01/2014 around 8pm. We were seated and as of past experience at different spur branches, i did not expect the best of service as the waiters were already tired of serving clients the whole day. Brandon introduced himself in a friendly and professional manner and he always had a smile on his face. I did not expect this at that time of the day, he treated myself and my family like we were his first clients for the day from the time he took our order until we walked out the door. I must say that he has excellent people skills. If he was nominated for a manager position, the branch that he will manage will definitely be delivering excellent service. A big thumbs up and keep up the good work, guys like you are scarce and especially in the industry you work in. I will definitely be visiting the branch more often although i will drive past many spur branches to get to Tygervalley, it will be worth the long drive.
