After I logged a complaint about bad after sale service, Makro assisted us very quickly and friendly with our original problem.
Even if it took us to complain first, we are greatfull that Makro came back and provided the original service we would have expected, because there are many companies that would not do this.
I just want to say thank you to Kamilla at Makro for taking that step in the end to provide us with good service and a brand new TV.
I hope they can continue to deliver good service to the customers.
