Makro Bloemfontein- You need a wake-up call!

WOW! Makro Bloemfontein, I take my hat off to you, for officially providing the WORST service I have ever experienced.

Firstly I bought a laptop from MAKRO, which after 6 months stopped working. When I visited your store to see what could be done to rectify this problem, your floor staff were rude and kept me waiting for almost 30min before anyone came to help me. It seems to me if someone is buying a product your staff are quick to help, but anyone with problems are immediately ignored.

After almost 7 weeks of patiently waiting, with no response from MAKRO, I am FED UP! I have rightly requested for my cash back, which seems to be taking an eternity. I do not want another laptop from your store as in doing so; I will be the fool to make the same mistake twice!

Give me my money back, so that I can cut up my MAKRO card and NEVER step foot into your store again!

P.S. Please save your stupid auto-response to this complaint and get someone to actually sort this out.
