This is my 2nd Complaint against the same store within these past 4 months.
Could Edcon or someone at a very high position please do something about the Customer Service that myself & hundreds of other people are recieving from the Westgate branch.
I wonder if the Manager of that store know what he/she is doing & how important delivering a service really is.
It's month end & I understand that most of us are busy, but having 1 or 2 cashiers attending to more than 20 customers @ a time is not effeicient.
The cashiers seem to be working @ their very own pace while some are singing & screaming on top of their voices talking to their collegues.
Some items are sold with no price tags on it, going to the till, they take @ least another 10 mins just to find out the prices & the computer systems are forever freezing or not working.
The saddest part is having elderly people waiting & waiting forever just to be attended to.
Westgate Edgars is one of the biggest stores in this country - PLEASE treat this as a matter of urgency cause with the festive season coming up, most customers are really going to lose it badly.
