I purchased a pair of sandals from Kingsmead Shoes in Mall@Carnival sometime ago. The sandals had sequence on that came loose. I loved those sandals. So I asked the store if I can exchange the sandals. They said no because too much time has elapsed since the purchase date. I decided to contact head office and communicated per e-mail with Ryan Davidson. This man really went the extra mile to accommodate me. He allowed me to return the faulty sandals and the store gave me a new pair without any issues. I really appreciate your help so much, Ryan! You and Kingsmead Shoes get an A for service.
