So in december 2012 i bought a paid of sandals from Woolworths, and i made thsi purcahse on my Woolies card, and i misplaced the slip. Earlier on in January 2013 i took the sandals back to the Sunnyside branch in pretoria and asked them if they could kindly exchange this pair of sandals that is now broken due to no reason of mine. and they asked if i have proof of purchase, and i said to them if they go through my woolies accoutn they will see that i made that purchase in December 2012.

they said that they cannot do such, they will need proof of payment! but i mean sometimes we all misplace proof of purchase and i mean thsi is Woolies sandals which is absolute quality!

i only buy most of my clothes from woolies!

anyway I have your broken pair of sandals in my office which i look at everyday and wonder whatever happened to the slendid service that Woolies used to give us back in the day!

Very dissapointed and very unhappy customer!

Should you require my card details to verify if i make a purchase every single month from Woolies please jsut request it!
