My Tv does not show pictures has blue screen

Good afternoon HelloPeter

I bought LED TV from Game Stores in Cape Town in about 11 months ago but now it lost pictures it has funny screen but i tried to return to game they say i must bring a slip, but i lost my slip as we staying in townships there are floods and fire so i missed my slip and it was a small slip which its contents fade away in a months time may be i lost because it was not having contents. Can they please accept my TV and check what happened to it please.
