I have always been a faithful Woolworths customer and buy my shoes nowhere else as I always knew that the quality and comfort of Woolworths is something I can always rely on.
Unfortunately my view of that has now changed. I purchased two pairs of sandals from Woolworths in December.
The pair with product code 502198682 was purchased at Canal Walk Woolworths at a cost of R375. The other shoe I can unfortunately not find on your website, but because I loved it so much, I drove all the way to the Cavendish store to purchase the Gladiator sandal in Natural also at R375.
I am unfortunately contacting you to advise you that within the past two weeks both pairs of sandals broke. The fabric came loose from the sole of the shoe and both shoes are now unwearable.
For R750 I really expected better quality.
I still regularly do my grocery shopping at Woolies and definitely have no complaints with regards to that. I just feel that there are still so many months left of summer and I am now going through it without any wearable sandals.
