Pathetic Quality

In December i purchased a bag, a pair of white sandals and a dress..at the gate way store, when i got home the bag and shoes were not in my bags due to the pathetic service. I called the store and enquired and the cashier apologised for not handing me the goods when i left the store. I was annoyed and asked them to deliver goods to my add, after much arguing etc the lady called me back and said that her boss will deliver the ffg day . the bag was bought as a gift for someone as a Christmas gift, whilst taking of the tags and having them wrapped we noticed that the bag was reject (Damaged - torn) On the 27th of december i wore the white Sandals... all so excited to pick up my brand spanking new mercedeze .. all dressed up with my white dress and white sandals- walking into mercedeze the heel of my white sandals was out. Not even an hr of useage..I was horrified and called the store, notified them about the bag and the shoe and insisted in getting my money back and they refused d that i bring the items in the store and they will have to send it to head office.lady named Winnie -Musgrave - stated customers cannot call to head office from the store, I need a refund on the bag
