I purchased a pair of sandals of R250.00 from Woolworths Promenade in December 2012, one morning in early November 2013 when I wanted to wear the sandals, I discovered it had broken in half. I left it as I was unable to find the slip. Yesterday I wore a pair of boots of R600.00 I purchased in June 2013 I discovered it was breaking and I was disgusted to say the least because of them advertising that they sell quality good, what a load of rubbish. Where is the quality if you cannot even wear an item for a year before it is broken. I purchased shoes and sandals from a local store who is way cheaper the same time I purchased the sandals from Woolworths and believe it or not they still in a very good wearable condition. I would like the Woolworths management team to call me so I can give them a bit of my mind about the quality goods they sell to customers and the worst thing is they are so expensive but yet cannot produce good quality, it actually disgusts me because they are regarded as a high class retailer. Deeply disappointed and I will never again purchase anything from them ever again.
