I took part in the Skip promotion with the "guaranteed prize" full well knowing it was more a research gimmick that anything else. THAT WAS JULY/AUGUST 2013.
I called to choose a prize and a promise was given to call me back within a week to confirm the appointments.
Up to date - NOTHING.
What bothers me the most are the EXCUSES!!! The rewards company is at a backlog. The phone lines are flooded. bla bla bla
THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM! When you launch a promotion, you SHOULD anticipate huge volumes.
This is an utmost form of false marketing and a thinly veiled to gather customer information under the guise as a promotion.
