Omo washing powders runs a promo that is a fake

I was in pick n Pick 'n Pay Constantia Village Cape Town buying washing powder. That was almost 3 weeks ago.
I usually buy sunlight washing powder but on that day there was a promotion girl standing by omo auto promoting omo's promotion going on- if you buy a bag of omo auto you get a guaranteed prize and there was a sticker on the bag as well explaining the competition and it was true it said a guaranteed prize.
All you need to do is sms the number on inside of omo auto bag and then a consultant will phone you.
The consultant phoned me 1 week later and then I chose my prize (a free pedicure) ) Then I received call from the same lady to inform me that I will receive confirmation of the time and date of my book. Up to date no sms or telephone call to confirm date and time of appointment.
Omo don't hold promotions to try get your sales up and then not carry out those promos. Just leaves a bad taste in the consumers mouth!!!

Please can I get feedback as to what date my appointment will be
