I entered your Skip competition where I can win a "guaranteed" prize. I called to choose a prize after I had waited for a month to be called back. I chose a price and an appointment was to be made and was told I would receive a confirmation sms, but it's been more that a week and no sms as yet. Please get your story straight when you "guarantee" a prize!!
