Omo washing powders runs a promo that is a lie

I was in pick n pay la Lucia mall buying washing powder for the b&b that i run.
I usually buy skip but on that day there was a promotion girl standing by omo auto promoting omo's promotion going on- if you buy a bag of omo auto you get a guaranteed prize and there was a sticker on the bag as well explaining the competition and it was true it said a guaranteed prize. So I bought 6 bags for the b&b.
All you need to do is sms the number on inside of omo auto bag and then a consultant will phone you.
The consultant phoned me 1 week later and then i chose my prize (a free movie ticket) and 2 weeks later got the sms with my free movie code. Then i received 2 more calls for my other two prizes and i chose them a mother movie ticket and a meal voucher but still have not received the sms with the fee codes etc. and what about my other 3 prizes? I bought six bags of omo?
Omo don't hold promotions to try get your sales up and then not carry out those promos. Just leaves a bad taste in the consumers mouth!!!
