I complained about the OMO promotion being rubbish as I never got phone calls after my SMSes - to provide my movie tickets.
Unilever replied by saying:
"Your complaint has been escalated to the management of the rewards company which will soon contact you."
Never happened.
My advice to consumers: don't buy OMO (for the promotion).
My advice to Unilever: appoint another rewards company.
