I was at the Golden acre store on Friday the 25 Oct. my fiance and i were there to choose rings, he saw something that he likes very much and it was marked R279. he asked the sales asistant Shamielah to keep it aside we would come back. about 15 mins later we returned and he tried the ring ion again for one last fit and said he would take it. as she took hes card she said R699 and he said its marked R279. she said its against there company policy to give it at that price and i requested the area managers number. she refused to give me a name of the area manager and i requested that someone call me nothing happened. i eventually got the area managers number on Monday and emailed her and explained. she said that she would get back to me in an hour, i didnt hear anything. i follow up with a phone call and she offers me 20% discount. this is not acceptable the ring was marked R279 and they want me to accept 20%. is this how Galaxy and co conduct business. this is most unprofessional and i will proceed with a complaint with the consumer board.
