I have been trying for 2 days to contact the OTA call center. I purchased 3 vouchers via the OTA service yesterday and still have not received the recharge pin numbers!!! I have called about 8 different people and spoken to approximately 4 different call centers, all to be shunted around, with NO assistance.
To say that I am disgusted with the fact that I cannot get hold of OTA is an understatement. Once I managed to get the correct contact details, the phones don't get answered!! I sat for 10minutes at a time while it rang!!! I am even more disgusted by the other call centers that do not even know WHO they need to put a client in touch with and send them on a wild goose chase only to still not have my problem solved.
Either reverse the charges OR SEND ME THE STUPID PIN NUMBERS!! How hard can that be for a massive company like Edcon!
