Excellent Assistance

Dear Hello Peter,

When I phone any call center one is always thrown from pillar to post as the people working for the call centers have no idea what whom does at their company. They are so uninformed! why do clients call a call center? For information! HAHAHAHAHA What a laugh! All they do is frustrate clients and through this you will loose your clients.

With this I would like to comment Celest Taylor for her excellent service for the second time in a row! Celest is always helpful and friendly, the first time I called FNB for a query on my account in January 2013, Celest was helpful, friendly and very efficient! My query was sorted out while I was on the phone! Today after having to speak to 5 (five) different people, which 4 of them I was actually going to report to Hello Peter for bad service, I got in contact with Celest Taylor and after that call to Celest I was so blown away by her service and assistance that I thought I would rather commend Celest with the excellent service!

Hopefully this compliment gets to the correct people at FNB as everyone working in the call centers should be as informed, friendly and helpful as Celest!
