Hi Peter - on my advice I suggest my daughter purchase a set of AMCClassic Pots - the reason is that I have had mine for approx 37yrs and been very happy with them. She bought a set from Nelspruit dealers and had such problems with the pots. When she does burn the contents she soaks the pot heats it or scours it with the recommended scourer soap which is not often. The other day she did scrambled eggs in the pan and it stuck like you can't believe eventually we had to use a plastic spoon to get it off after soaking it for an evening. This she complaint to a demonstrator in a shopping mall and was said to bring them as they have had the odd problems before as the "steel" had not been processed properly. Last week she took the pots to Nelspruit - they live 120km away near the boarder - and was told that she uses too much salt - she uses none to cook with - was told that it is the water and then she said it was not good enough. He then said that it was no use leaving them as the factory has already closed for the year - this being only being October still? Please help as the pots cost a fortune and she has a set of cheaper pots and had no such problems with them. Please help
