I had received a call probably last week Thursday from Edcon. The call center agent was asking for my husband, I told her that she has the wrong contact details as I am his wife, after I refused to hand out his contact details she tells me to relay a message for him to return her call.
I then proceeded to tell her that Edcon really needs to update their database as I have had the same number for over 7 years! While in mid sentence Lucky (is this woman's name) slams the phone down on me! Never have I ever been so disrespected by a call center agent! Not only does Edcon need to update their databases they really should reconsider the people they are hiring to make these calls!
Absolutely disgusted!
