I walked in the Truworhs man store at Vanderbijlpark Vaalgate-MALL and I was dissapointed with the fact that they could not help me to close my account after I wanted to pay them off the remaining balance. Whats worse is that I told the cashier at that store to pay the full amount and she made a invalid transaction which still left me with a DEFICIT balance of 7c what a pathetic service it was considering that I still owe them 7c and I could'nt close the Account.
I would like to advice you before you go shopping at that store think of the unpleasant environment it is 1. The air-cons are not working 2. Poor services. Therefore please judge for yourself.
