Clicks had a promotional offer advertised but when I called in at 3 stores, none of them had the earphones. I emailed their customer service centre and by the next day I had an email from Sharon Williams apologising for the inconvenience and confirming that a branch close to me had stock. She also left a voice message to this effect on my cellphone. I emailed to thank her and said I would call in to the store and collect - and was then pleasantly surprised when I got a call from her yesterday afternoon to check that I had the earphones and if everything was fine - I was actually busy sending my son a message with dancing singing emoticons when she called ;) Thank you for going the extra mile Sharon.
