No pots received after 4 weeks!!!

Hi,

I want to query about my pots. I have placed an order on the 31st Dec 2013 and requested for delivery after the 6th Jan 2014. I have queried with the agent and she has informed me that she had followed up with the supplier and the supplier is delaying.

Can you please let me know when am I receiving my pots or my money back?
