NO POTS RECEIVED

Following a complaint a few months ago, Isaac Monareng from the Verimark Head Office suggested that I send all my Bauer Pots for testing. The pots were handed in at Centurion in October 2013 and I was told by Isaaac in December that the pots were ready for collection. I went through to Verimark every week since then and to date, there are no pots. I do not have a single Bauer pot because I gave all for assessment, only to be told that we were negligent with the frying pan and that it will be replaces but we will have to pay for it. I am so disappointed because I had to get another set of pots in December, just so that I can cook. Now my point is how can Isaac and his marketing team agree that we are negligent and yet they have our pots for so many months and dont give a how we are cooking. I am tired of Verimark's "dont care" attitude
